J.C. Davis is driving a Red 2010 C6 Grand Sport Convertible! I own a corvette because its the most exciting vehicle I have ever driven. When I am behind the wheel I feel like I'm the person in control of the car. Driving a corvette is fun and especially traveling with my corvette brothers and sister to car shows, schools homecoming parades and other events. It is a dream come true to own a corvette. I'm proud to be a member of a Corvette Club. I was born in North Carolina and attended Jordon Sellers Burlington High School. I played in high school concerts and also the marching jazz band. After high school I attended college at A&T in Greensboro North Carolina. Then I formed a band called the Down Beats and played at a number of clubs. I was playing at the A.B.A club than I left to hit the road to play professional music with my band backing James Brown and the Famous Flames, playing with Etta James and Jackie Wilson. I recorded music for King Records, Dade Records, Chess Records then my own record company called New Day Recording. My record "A New Day" was used by Justin Timberlake in his song "Damn Girl".
